Installation Report:  Fire Extinguisher

Project Description
I once worked with a guy that carried a fire extinguisher in his tiny two-door sports car.  One day I asked him why he wasted valuable trunk space on it when he probably wouldn't ever use it.  Two days later he was behind a pickup truck going down a steep hill with a heavy trailer.  The truck started to smoke and the brakes caught on fire just as he got to the bottom.  Fortunately my coworker was able to put out the fire before the whole truck went up in flames.  I decided then that I would carry a fire extinguisher once I had a bigger truck, and now I have the huge Tundra so I headed off to the store to buy a decent automotive fire extinguisher.  I probably won't ever use it but it is cheap insurance and it might help someone else one day.
